Hunter College: Nov 8, 1962.
Six original black and white glossy photographs (10 inches high X 8 inches wide) of Robert Frost, as he "received at Hunter College on November 8, 1962 the Edward MacDowell Medal for his 'Outstanding Contribution to Poetry'. These photographs were taken that evening by Michael Teres of the Community Relations Staff of Hunter College" (typed information slip laid in). Each photograph has the photographer's stamp on verso. Michael Teres (June 13, 1940) was 22 years old at the time, and has become a noted professional photographer and professor of photography at SUNY Geneseo. The six photographs are in fine condition, and are enclosed in a photo album. A scarce collection of Frost original photographs. Item #6886
