1st edition, limited (1/200) signed, illustrated hand-tied stiff paperwraps (as issued). This beautifully designed publication was printed by Christine Bertelson at the Rara Avis Press in Riverside, California. "The illustrations were taken from photographs of funeral masks" (from the colophon). There was not a trade edition of this collection, and all copies were signed by Merrill on the colophon. A lovely copy in fine condition. Item #2497
