1st edition, full black cloth, with dust jacket. Published in an original edition of 2000 copies in 1943, this popular collection of Patchen's work was also reprinted in 1948. Many illustrations by the author. The jacket states (in part): "CLOTH OF THE TEMPEST is as varied as his moods and abilities." Very little wear to book. The complete (not price-clipped) jacket shows gentle wear and sunning. An important Patchen collection offered here in the original 1943 first issue. Item #1456
